What we ask of you
The better we understand your criteria — desired and backup county, acreage range, budget, financing readiness, must-haves, and deal breakers — the better we can match you. We also ask for an honest sense of your timeline, so we know whether you're ready now or simply researching for later.
There's no membership fee, no commitment to buy, and you can update your criteria or opt out anytime. We simply ask that the buyers on our list are genuine.
We are land investors and marketers. We are not acting as your real estate broker unless separately agreed in writing, and we do not guarantee that a matching parcel will be available.
